Program Staff

Jacob, Program Director

Jacob Rempel has been the Program Director for Mulhurst Camp since March 1, 2018.

Jacob grew up at the camp, so to speak, first as a SIT (Servant in Training) during the summer months and then as a Counsellor.  During the Summer of 2017 he served as Resource Leader.

He has worked for the Alberta Synod as the Director of Missional Formation for 2 years and has also worked within a variety of ministerial environments including youth ministry, outdoor ministry and congregational ministry.

All staff enjoy picking a nickname to be called while at camp, and Jacob is called Bard. These names allow the staff to let their personalities shine through a unique and characterized name. This is a small tradition of the staff here at Mulhurst.

While Jacob is getting organized for a new summer program plan, if you someone you know is interested in a summer staff position, SIT or counsellor, contact Jacob at programs@mulhurstcamp.ca
