AGM Moved to the Spring

The camp's monthly board meeting was held this past week. One of the main discussions was the AGM that was to be held on November 8th. We possibly could have had a virtual meeting, call in meeting, or just make sure there is a quorum. However, the Board agreed, which I did as well, that people gathering, sharing ideas and giving input would be what is best for Mulhurst. The decision was made to postpone the AGM until the spring. The province can continue to focus on managing its COVID numbers, and the Mulhurst community can do its part as well. Mulhurst Camp needs people within its walls feeling its love, but not at the expense of someone's health. We do hope that then in the spring we can gather to share our love for the camp and plan for its future. You are welcome to still check out the AGM Report.
